  • We ship to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, except for North Sinai and South Sinai at the moment.
2. Shipping Duration
  • The delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location and usually takes between 2 to 7 business days from the order confirmation date.
  • The duration may change during peak seasons or in cases beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are variable and depend on the delivery address and the weight/size of the order.
  • The final shipping fee will be shown during the checkout process before completing the order.
4. Important Information
  • Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and phone number to avoid any delays in delivery.
  • In case the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive the order, additional re-shipping fees may be applied.

Second: Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns for the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Timeframe for Returns:
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within  7–10 business days after receiving the item.
